HEALTHCARE MANAGMENT PROJECT
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Talytics is looking for highly driven college sophomores, juniors, seniors, and recent grads with a passion for medicine and public policy. The successful candidate has the ability to work independently and collaboratively, be a dexterous learner, and be proactive in pursuing opportunities and communicating with clients.
As part of this initiative, you will be working with one of Talytics’ clients on two different projects.
The first project involves work such as creating a P&L (profit-and-loss) forecast of how to divest a medical practice, all while interacting with hospitals and clinics to manage asset transition.
The second project involves managing the merger of an old medical practice into a new larger medical practice, including helping oversee the digitization of patient records.
GROWTH AND LEARNING
- Direct communication with hospitals and medical practices
- Real experience with modern medical legislature and practices
- Exposure to medical financial modeling
The project is a very flexible remote work arrangement with a time commitment of 5 hours/week for four weeks. There will be weekly support, guidance, and learning check-ins with your mentor throughout the effort.
While this opportunity is unpaid, it offers the opportunity of full-time work, over the summer and pending graduation, if you are a good match for the team.
